Your privacy is important to us. DNAMatch.love, the service for adults to meet each other online, operated by LilyLin Holdings Corp. (“DNA Match”, the “Company”, “us” or “we”) has created the following Privacy Policy to let you know what information we collect when you visit DNAmatch.love (the “Site”), why we collect it, and how it is used.

 

By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. We may change this Privacy Policy by posting a new version of this Privacy Policy on this Site which it is your responsibility to review.

 

We also have a Terms of Use and Cookies Policy, both of which are hereby incorporated into this Agreement.

 

PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

 

“Personally Identifiable Information” means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, credit/debit card information, home or other physical address, an email address, phone number or other contact information, whether at work or at home. Site may ask to collect Personally Identifiable Information from you when you use the Site. The Site also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information and the page you request.

 

INFORMATION WE COLLECT: It goes without saying, we can't help you develop meaningful connections without some information about you, such as basic profile details and the types of people you'd like to meet.

 

  • • We also collect information generated as you use our services, for example access logs, as well as information from third parties, like when you access our services through a social media account.
  • • When you create an account, you provide us with at least your login credentials, as well as some basic details necessary for the service to work, such as your gender and date of birth.
  • • When you complete your profile, you can share with us additional information, such as details on your personality, lifestyle, interests and other details about you, as well as content such as photos and videos. To add certain content, like pictures or videos, you may allow us to access your camera or photo album. Some of the information you choose to provide us may be considered "special" or "sensitive" in certain jurisdictions, for example your racial or ethnic origins, sexual orientation and religious beliefs. By choosing to provide this information, you consent to our processing of that information.
  • • When you subscribe to a paid service or make a purchase directly from us (rather than through a platform such as iOS or Android), you provide us or our payment service provider with information, such as your debit or credit card number or other financial information.
  • • When you participate in surveys or focus groups, you give us your insights into our products and services, responses to our questions and testimonials.
  • • When you choose to participate in our promotions, events or contests, we collect the information that you use to register or enter.
  • • If you contact our customer care team, we collect the information you give us during the interaction. Sometimes, we monitor or record these interactions for training purposes and to ensure a high quality of service.
  • • If you ask us to communicate with or otherwise process information of other people (for example, if you ask us to send an email on your behalf to one of your friends), we collect the information about others that you give us in order to complete your request.
  • • Chats with other users as well as the content you publish, as part of the operation of the services.

  • • Other Partners. We may receive info about you from our partners and vendors, for instance when DNAMatch.love accounts can be created through a partner's websites (in which case they pass along registration information to us). 
  • • Device information We collect information from and about the device(s) you use to access our services, including:  hardware and software information such as IP address, device ID and type, device-specific and apps settings and characteristics, app crashes, advertising IDs (such as Google's AAID and Apple's IDFA, both of which are randomly generated numbers that you can reset by going into your device' settings), browser type, version and language, operating system, time zones, identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify your device or browser (e.g., IMEI/UDID and MAC address).
  • • Information on your wireless and mobile network connection, like your service provider and signal strength.
  • • Information on device sensors such as accelerometers, gyroscopes and compasses.
  • • We may collect your precise geolocation (latitude and longitude) through various means, depending on the service and device you're using, including GPS, Bluetooth or WiFi connections. The collection of your geolocation may occur in the background even when you aren't using the services if the permission you gave us expressly permits such collection. If you decline permission for us to collect your geolocation, we will not collect it.

 

HOW WE USE AND SHARE YOUR INFORMATION:

  • • Develop, display and track content and advertising tailored to your interests on our services and other sites.
  • Communicate with you by email, phone, social media or mobile device about products or services that we think may interest you.
  • • To improve our services and develop new ones.
  • • Administer focus groups and surveys.
  • • Conduct research and analysis of users' behavior to improve our services and content (for instance, we may decide to change the look and feel or even substantially modify a given feature based on users' behavior).
  • • Develop new features and services (for example, we may decide to build a new interests-based feature further to requests received from users).
  • • To prevent, detect and fight fraud or other illegal or unauthorized activities.
  • • Address ongoing or alleged misbehavior on and off-platform.
  • • Perform data analysis to better understand and design countermeasures against these activities.
  • • Retain data related to fraudulent activities to prevent against recurrences.
  • • To ensure legal compliance, to comply with legal or regulatory requests, and to assist law enforcement.
  • • Enforce or exercise our rights, for example our Terms of Use or other agreements.
  • • To process your information as described above, we rely on the following legal bases:
  • Legitimate interests: We may use your information where we have legitimate interests to do so. For instance, we analyze users' behavior on our services to continuously improve our offerings, we suggest offers we think might interest you, and we process information for administrative, fraud detection and other legal purposes.

LIMITING USE, DISCLOSURE AND RETENTION. Our collection of Personally Identifiable Information is limited to what is reasonable under the circumstances, and your information will be used for the purpose for which it was collected, or when it is required or permitted by law. If you do not wish to receive direct marketing, contact us and tell us that you do not wish to be contacted in a particular manner.

 

THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS. We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples lude fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service, data hosting and maintenance, analytics, customer care, marketing, advertising, and security operations. We may also share information with partners who distribute and assist us in advertising our services. For instance, we may share limited information on you in hashed, non-human readable form to advertising partners. They have access to Personally Identifiable Information only to the extent needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. By providing your Personally Identifiable Information to the Site in order to obtain DNAmatch.love products or services, you acknowledge and agree that disclosure of your Personally Identifiable Information to such third parties may be necessary to provide you with such products and services, and you hereby consent to such disclosure.

 

SHARING AND DISCLOSING INFORMATION. Other than as expressly set forth herein, the Site does not rent, sell or share personal information it collects about you to or with third parties. Information collected from you is only used to complete and support your purchases from and use of the Site and to comply with any requirements of law. However, DNAmatch.love may disclose Personally Identifiable Information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on DNAmatch.love or the Site; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of DNAMatch.love; or (3) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of DNAMatch.love, its web sites or the public. If the Site should ever file for bankruptcy or merge with another company, we may sell the information you provide to us on the Site to a third party (in the case of bankruptcy) or share your Personally Identifiable Information with any company with whom we merge – in such situations, Site will require, to the best of its ability, the purchasing or merging party to comply with all confidentiality and privacy requirements as set forth herein respecting your Personally Identifiable Information.

 

The Site may combine your information with other information into an aggregate form, so your information no longer personally identifies you. We may then disclose the aggregate information to third parties, so they can obtain an overall picture of DNAMatch.love’s products, services, customer usage patterns and/or other statistical information.

Applicable privacy laws may give you the right to review the personal information we keep about you (depending on the jurisdiction, this may be called right of access, right of portability or variations of those terms). UNINSTALL. You can stop all information collection by an app by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process for your device. If you uninstall the app from your mobile device, the unique identifier associated with your device will continue to be stored. If you re-install the application on the same mobile device, we will be able to re-associate this identifier to your previous transactions and activities.

 

OTHER COUNTRIES. In certain countries, including in the European Union, you have a right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate data protection authority if you have concerns about how we process your personal information. The data protection authority you can lodge a complaint with notably may be that of your habitual residence, where you work or where we are established.

        

RESIDENTS OF CALIFORNIA. If you are a California resident, you can request a notice disclosing the categories of personal information about you that we have shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. Sometimes, it will be necessary for you to update your personal information DNAmatch.love has on file in order to maintain accuracy. For example, if you move or change credit cards, you may be required to update your information in order to keep receiving the products and services provided by DNAMatch.love. If you wish to make any changes or corrections to your personal information, please contact us, and we will implement the changes. This will help us ensure our records are always up-to-date.

You always have the choice of whether you wish to receive information – such as e-mail updates – from DNAMatch.love. If you do choose to opt out of communications respecting products and services provided by DNAMatch.love, you may not obtain all the benefits we could otherwise provide, such as updates or warnings. DNAmatch.love will not have any liability to you for your loss of those benefits or any negative effects respecting your use of DNAMatch.love’s products or services.

A situation may arise where you desire to have all of your personal information that is contained in DNAMatch.love’s records deleted or destroyed. If this is what you wish, please contact us, and we will remove your personal information from all of DNAMatch.love’s active records. However, there may be situations where we are obligated to retain one archival copy of your information to allow us to comply with laws or respond to legal processes, and there may be instances where we are unable to remove your specific information from our records for technical reasons. We will inform you of all such situations, and will only use your retained personal information to the limited extent necessary to comply with such laws or respond to legal processes.

  

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY. Our services are restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not permit users under the age of 18 on our platform and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you suspect that a user is under the age of 18, please use the reporting mechanism available through the service.

 

CONDITIONS OF USE, NOTICES, AND REVISIONS. If you choose to visit the Site, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, including limitations on damages, resolution of disputes, and application of the law of the Delaware.
